The only good thing is that you will get your salary on time and bonus as long as you are working. Apart from that forget about your holidays, leaves, personal life, recreation, promotion and even attending phone calls in office. No career growth, no increments at all. The company has it's own rules and policies set by the director which changes time to time. If you want to be treated like a slave then join this Company....Read More

Very long working hours. No set leave policy. No promotions. No salary increments. If you can be in the good books of the director then you can survive else you can be kicked out anytime. Forget about using your phone during work hours. No career growth and no learning. You will be given any responsibility any time as per the choiceof the director whether you like it or not. This is the worst company i worked with.it ruined my life for 3 months.i hope let gud happen for people employed and struck there There is nothing to learn and nothing to do. Management level does not know anything and they manage the show. Every rupee of ur hard earned money will be deducted without mercy for all silly reasons. Knowledge does not value here,only beauty values. No mobile,no internet,no talkings. Even SSLC people can get high value in this company. Sincere advise: This is from my exp. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
