Head Office Management is very Poor . One Hour extra work on weekend without any pay . Very Bad culture for front desk .

First of all it has transparent system of working comparision to other jobs it require soft selling skill not like other hard sales job if you r smart enough and have a analytical brain with brain storming capacity and passion to love and work it a right place.

As manny jobs in today era are created due to pvt sector despite of govt sector tough competition require liitle extra effort despite like other sector here people have more freedom to work .

No Job Security, Less salaries and we don't get on time, Management is not at all Good. Never Ever try to Join in Meghavi Wellness Spa, They dont show Respect to their Employees. Any time they can fire you, If you are planning for a stable career then this is not your better choice, Don't pick it.
