Salary is a little low, Remote area but people's around you are amazing. Medical Support is not available. Accidents could be very dangerous, because Big Hospitals are far away.

I worked there since 2019 as a graduate engineer trainee & it's a good place for a fresher to start his career in the cement industry with good accommodation facilities & Company also provides transportation facilities from companies site to the railway station.
