The company, Meghalaya Cements Limited, just a small grocery shop is running by most of nontechnical people. The MD R. K pareek is a idiot and bogus person as he is a marwadi. His age is about 75+.But dont know the organisational behaviour, even if busy with illigal activities like land corruption, deduct the benefits from employee and other many so. The HR are in education simply graduation and dance as per instruction of Pareek. One HR Bikky dutta that neither having any management certificate nor anything. He is guiding Pareek. So think about the culture. The company also deduct the salary for medicine also. No other benifits. The HR from kolkata hired the candidates with false promises. Neither this company give u appointment letter, salary slip nor give a seat to sit to sit or work. Now come to Mines and Geology Dept. The Hod of Mines Umesh kumar always in alcoholic way behaves very bad to employees. So he creates situation to Geologist and Mining engineer who won't stay within 1yr. Now Geology Dept The Dept is called Katwa and Khandu Dept because every pearson is Muslim and nontechnical people in this Dept. If you want to survive here then convert to ISLAM. Very good Atmosphere to work Here. Managers and MANAGEMENT is very supportive.

Salary is a little low, Remote area but people's around you are amazing. Medical Support is not available. Accidents could be very dangerous, because Big Hospitals are far away.
