Everything is good here. This is my first experience Cement Industry. I really very learnt here. This company used garbage plastic bags for reutilize so from this here environment is become good and always carried about to plant become more eco friendly.

Really compensation is low and growth also slow. One thing that partially is always patchily show.

One Year as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. After that I become Assistant Engineer. Sometimes I join as A Shift Engineer.
