One of the worst employers in Kolkata. Small company with hardly 25 employees and no other locations other than Kolkata. They show off and project themselves to be a 5000 people company having global offices! Terrible management with severe behavioural issues and disrespectful attitude. No hierarchy. Entirely run and micro-managed by a single person. No fixed working hours, poor work-life balance, no employee benefits, no appreciation for good work, no growth prospects.
