The company has good exposure to automation projects and your career will have a good shape with the Company added in your profile. I am reporting to a very calm and knowledgeable Team Lead. There will be often exposure to Onsite in Gulf countries since.

Dislikes

Job Security can be a query for Automation department as the company now only do manpower resources to siemens projects and dont quote for any direct automation projects. Management is all time money minded and the salary credit will not be on a particular dates and even On-site allowances will not be given in due time. Payment release will be greater disadvantage.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
