Very decent work culture, I have been working here since 4 years, at the time of joining company assured that this will be permanent work home job and indeed its happening, where most of the companies revoked wfh option post covid for its employees and asking for either hybrid model or return to office. Job stability for sure. Need to mention incentives are pretty good when there is volumes.

I have joined Megacap Solutions 3 months back, the work environment is nice, got opportunity to experience the Mortgage lender eco system. Doing core Underwriting here which is actually the mortgage underwriting which i havent got opportunity with my past companies in my 10 years of underwriting experience. My experience with Megacap Solutions has been nothing short of excellent. I am part of the company since sept 2023 and its been great experience as of now, performance incentives are unlimited indeed, haven't seen such incentives schemes in my previous 6 companies. Major Pros with the company is the job security.
