The company is open to give all learning process and opportunity to develop &motivate.Provide training in all the departments hence he should no the product and their importance.Work environment also good to develop yourself.If you look for Higher salary no any growth in this company.

Dislikes

In fastener industry work pressure is high but compare to our work no any growth in this company cause no any benefits while working extra 2 to 3 hours. Also not getting that much opportunity while you are capable for suitable post.In some times you are giving your best but still you are not getting motivational from respective department.

Work Details

As a handling third party inspection its very challenging part cause while inspecting bulk qty like fasteners trace ability is most important.You have to manage all the distributed work day to day and keep watching on quality.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
