MedTrix follows an open door policy and the employees are free to interact with the Senior Management team. The work culture is very positive and the organization always goes an extra mile to ensure the well being of the employees. Quarterly town hall meetings with the CEO is a very good forum to know about the the overall performance of the company and also to know about important organizational updates. The company also have good reward and recognition program. Last year (2020-21) when the whole world has announced lay offs and pay cuts due to the pandemic, we got a reasonably good appraisals and full bonuses. The employee health insurance policy was updated to include Covid 19 coverage as well. Overall working with MedTrix so far has been an excellent expereince for me....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
