Me and my wife were also suffered from Covid 19 before two months but there is no health policy in Medsol India Overseas Pvt Ltd. Company policy was only for sick leaves but I didn't get any health support from company. We are doing field work very panctually in cruial covid 19 stage in Jaipur because we are doing job. Now Company following new policy for 15 days working and half salary. Thanks

We are doing job in this company and there is no other option now. We are getting half salary every month from last 8 months. How will we servive in a lot of expenses, responsiblities etc. If company will provide full month salary then that's be better.

There is good experience in medsol , I have spent my five year in medsol . And it is good experience to me. But growth wise it is average. But there there is no any best think in his management

Management has old thinking . Old thinking mean poor thinking . They think that they are God and employees are bloody Poors. I think it is not good place for work.
