Medplus: I Would like to give 0 star. In the optical department there is 10hrs shift instead of 9hrs. For all medplus employees and in our HRMS also there is 9hrs duty but this field superiors only decide for 10hrs to work. Strict timings also is there in this 10hrs. 3 late logins 1 LOP, 3 early out ILOP. Everytime they watch in CCTV & post the pic in the group or personal and insult us. That's the reason that there are only few employees who work minimum 3yrs orelse many employees join and within few months they resign and move to other place. If you are a optom then decide 1000 times before joining in this company. No value of Optom, no one will wish for our optometry day. Bcoz of no marketing from them, there will be no proper sale here and be ready for concall or zoom call or sudden visit at HO.
