They will make you work a lot(cleaning, dusting, morning and night duties) saying everyone is equal and everyone should do all the works but won't give you any incentives saying "pharmacist won't get incentives" They won't give you aporn and would scold you by saying they'll cut 1000₹ from your salary of you won't "buy" an apron yourself as "pharmacist won't get an apron"...Read More

My higher officers (managers and supervisors) sometimes scold me with inappropriate words. They are forced to shift and work in different branches and incentives not received properly 😔 so Interest wanes .then salery also not given properly My higher authorities update me as part time for few months and only pay me half salary but I work full time.I am not the only one with this problem, many employees like me have lost their jobs due to this kindly consider about this problem . I worked as pharmacist in medplus shah sahib gutta chowrasta outlet for duty 12hrs no increment in salary and I done with honesty and development to the store. Given me poor salary in medplus

It is one of the best retail pharmacy companies. The incentive of this company are very good compared to other companies. Incentive are given here every month. This company has given ther employees extra money during covit 19 lockdown. Duty time is 9 hours with 1 hours break. I think this company is very good then other retail pharmacy company.

Dislikes

I don't have any dislike about working at Medplus Company, but this company is very strict with working hours. One day, If you work less than 9 hours, your salary will be deducted.
