Medpace India office is a college fresher's place to learn corporate language, timezones, linguistic and cultural difference between US, Europe and Asian colleagues and sites.

Dislikes

Working hours is 8.5 hours as per signed contract, but will force you to take up too many projects and cover EU working time and half of US working time (till Indian night 11.30 PM). 10 am to 11.30 PM will be 13.5 hrs work daily, but won't permit you for applying single extra working hours. No insurance coverage provided for parents. No paternity leave. No Cab provided. Annual increment is less than 5%. Designation change (PC to PM) takes 8 years. These all happen when your non Indian colleagues who takes up 1/4th of your efforts get 10 times salary and 3 times vocations....Read More
