There is a great opportunity to get hands on experience on a lot of things.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No stability of the organisation. There are no processes in place. People are considered as tool which can be used and thrown away as per the need. No respect for the experienced people who are subject matter experts. I've seen people having experience of more than a decade being treated like even an intern should not be treated.
