I like only the weekends off and the food that we get for lunch... On the work front there is no much growth, the more you stay the more you get.. salary is also very low as per the qualification.

Perofrmance bonus are divided into salary EMI, Which is poor mentality of current HR. Appraisal , promotiond are just formalities bcz poor performer also gets same hike with best performer. There is no skills development, bcz nobody wants smart candidates to learn sales or marketing, pure partiality and politics. Working hours hectic, company doesnt care how much work pressure is handled by employees.
