Zero quality have this sh1t company. Sh1t Ukrainian people drinking all day all night. No safety drill in 2months onboard, they make only pictures of fireman etc. Bad attitude have Ukrainian against other nationalities especially russians and romanians. Management of company it suks, they dont care about crew change. I dont recommend nobody to join msc.

Perofrmance bonus are divided into salary EMI, Which is poor mentality of current HR. Appraisal , promotiond are just formalities bcz poor performer also gets same hike with best performer.
