No work life balance even call on Sunday to work. Never give salary on time something delay for 2 months. No promotion and no job security they can asked you to leave any time and force you to resign. Skill development is zero Extremely bad work culture and the CEO hire his relatives and give 1st preference to them no matter what. They do not give PF even though the company size is 200+ and deduct salary for stupid reason. They don't provide proper documentation at the time of FNF and documentary also look very fake what the send you and also make you sign bond which have unreasonable clause of 3 years.
