They gave work (deliver the cases) in our personal time, No time, No OT, No EL after probation period, I asked leave due to health issue they can't even considered that. They gave salary also late. They show partiality on language basis.

Nothing to Like.. This company ahs the Worst Ever Culture in Bengaluru. If you want to leave a Peaceful life do not join this Company. This will damage your Personal Growth/ Mental Health/ Work Life Balance/ Career.

Every aspect of this Company is not bad, its Worst. 1. Higher Management is totally unprofessional, they are running a company in their own rule and treats their employee like a School Student. ()May be not well educated 2. Leads are worst. they will call you and ask about how much work you have done throughout a Day( One Lead will call you every time if you went away for Laptop for a minute.) 3. No Professional Growth in Career. No timely Hikes are given. 4. There is no Sick Leave in Training period, No EL is given. Like Other companies provide EL (2-3 per month) , Sick Leave (12 - 14 at a Time at starting of A Financial Year.) . But this Organization will not provide any sick leave or Earned Leave in the Probation, they will only provide 1 Per month. 5. You have to work beyond the Time (Beyond 9-6). Pressurizing employees for more Work but not paying for that. Calling Employees at 11-12 at Night 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They are not providing Salary in time</mark>. For some moths they have provided the SALARY on 9-10th Day of the Month. 7. Politics at its Peak. 8 Favorism at its peak. 9. They dont give holiday on every Saturday like other Companies, alternative Saturday Holiday 10. LEADS in this company cant even speak proper English.
