If I have to mention one, Its only the salary what you get every month.

Dislikes

Worst company to work. They have "hire and fire" policy. They give the candidate assurance for job security but can fire anytime. Bad infrastructure, no perks, no allowances, worst HR policies and leave policies, alternate Saturday working (including the fifth Saturday). Workflow is not streamlined. The biased approach (favoritism) and somewhat rude behavior of the senior management. Less scope of learning and growth if you are not assigned the right and experienced manager.

One of the worst companies when it comes to work culture. There is one lady "JP" who was kicked out of her previous organisations for the same notorious behaviour that she shows here - convinces the boss to fire people according to her whims and fancies! This company would have definitely been a great place to work, as some managerswere wonderful. But this one particular lady does not let anyone survive at this organisation - not even the seniors.
