This hospital is a hell, no work life balance, there is no fixed working time... if you are sick , you have doctor prescription still you have come to office work for atleast 10 hours.. otherwise lop. if you work really hard ni one will appreciate you, really bad internal politics, boss preference.. anything which we do not want in a company you will get everything here

there is fix time for work, not like we don't know that sometimes we may have to extend. but if its happening for a regular time period its not done. and for this extend we are not getting even extra our duty compensation. and the time back for doing extra duty, there is no security you'll get it. most of the time we don't get it. they should look after it a lot. staff satisfaction is must.
