Likes

Mediatek is good only for people who are working in full time role.

Dislikes

Work culture is very biased towards full time people. Contract role jobs are more in mediatek but contractors are treated very badly.

Likes

Good performers get 20-30 percent hikes. Stability and job security is there. Even when other big companies like Google, Amazon, etc. were laying off many peopl in 2022-23, there are no layoff here till now.
