Existing employees are not welcoming, they think they're above everyone. They've no compassion and are like frogs in a well, they think the work here is of utmost complexity. Unnecessary processes and trackers. Absolute bs , so many levels of micromanagement, everything that you do is gauged and judged upon. There's no necessity but they've been doing it for no reason. Managers are only favourable to girls. Team change can happen anytime and you have to work any shift time they want without having holidays. Lot of internal politics. For which you cannot grow in the organisation
