Everything, no personal life especially for the staff sitting at HO, mental health and physical health are comprised. Employees are not even allowed to eat in office timings other than lunch that's so so so pathetic. People are being tortured for other shits and not for work that is the most worst thing is there. Employees are compiled to follow and advertise CMD's personal interests. I can't even imagine now to work there it's horrible. And staffs are being disturbed even they are on leaves. I have never ever seen or heard such kind of horrible workplace. They pay salary like chillers and then pay extra to employees sometimes just to do favour on them so that employees can't think to leave the company and they will ask to employees to leave for silly things, such unprofessional place. Actually I am being very polite I have 4 years of experience almost but not growing up as well as my personal assests I worked same salary after project closed you are getting fired and job security nothing anytime they can fired you not any kind of employee benifites you can waste your salary and time the coordinators attitude is being very rude in every steps politics is found
