This is a good company for those who say "yes" to each and every thing asked by the GM, but not good for those who are capable of doing the job independently, GM has few followers who are supremely talented, HOD is the final authority in terms of increments, bonus etc., where there is no process to measure the work, efficiency etc done by employees, GM has the capability of elevating few members & Management accepts the same and expects him to do some work, MD is unaware that GM is spending company money as his own money for getting his personal desires fulfilled with out any MD is good.
