Lot of politics, HR personal department reckless, management avg, if u r grow don't worry ur co-employees will down ur position, they will play with ur job. Encouragement is very poor. Believing system is not there, if u r telling new concept to ur superior that guy never digest ur concept, never supporting to u. A few departments will support like power electronics. Daily life in medha, morning 9:00 am one siren 9:05 another siren, you must put biometric within the time other wise these are effecting on ur increments & promotions, 11:00 am one siren for tea break & 11:07 another siren for ending tea break, afternoon two sirens for 40 min lunch time, recently 5 min increased, evening tea time same sirens same time 4:00 to 4:07, last ending time punch out 6:00pm if u r early punch out 5:59 pm half day cut. And one more thing mobiles are not allowed for non executive & some executive, sometimes late nights in company, going to home & fresh up, eating, sleeping, wake-up & day is as usual...Read More
