This is a good company for those who say "yes" to each and every thing asked by the GM, but not good for those who are capable of doing the job independently, GM has few followers who are supremely talented, HOD is the final authority in terms of increments, bonus etc., where there is no process to measure the work, efficiency etc done by employees, GM has the capability of elevating few members & Management accepts the same and expects him to do some work, MD is unaware that GM is spending company money as his own money for getting his personal desires fulfilled with out any MD is good. I requested many times regarding my transfer for home location (nearest my hometown) and my request was refused.....but some employees were transferred for same designation.

Job security is good. Facilities provided to associates are good. For beginners it's good company to start your career. Bonus and other things are good only if you are sycophant. No technical knowledge skills will develop in this company.

Micro management. HR on-boarding experience wrost. No support after joining in company, Management tone changed talked rudely no work life balance. Biased management. Experience holder no value if you have expertise in A. Company management will give work in X. Company culture not so good feels like regret. Company only needs labour's.
