Good facility And great group coordinator whenever I have doubt regarding medical coding they reached us and explain clearly and I don't feel any pressure while I am working there that is the main thing that help to focus on my work and build my interest on medical coding.

I don't have anything to dislike ,medcode is the first company give me the opportunity to developed my skills .

Medical coding and billing professionals must have excellent analytical skills. They should be able to analyze medical records and insurance claims to identify errors or discrepancies. They should also be able to interpret insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the regulations.

Dislikes

Bad documentation/missing documentation. Dealing with complex medical cases. Different requirements for different payers.

I am fresher and started my new career in this company ...now I think I have choosen a best company to start my career .the senior staffs ,trainers ,Gc and vp are treating us in well manner and there teaching us well whenever we have doubt in our work there teaching patiently and in good way to understand it ..

In my point of view there is nothing to be dislike every employee has to face certain struggle while build up their career in every company not only medcode based on this we can't simply say we don't like it.
