The rating on ambition box is forcefully conducted through employee in actual it will not go above 2.0. Dislikes are too many dont know which one to write here. This organization is an Owner Based though there involvement is way too much in every department, they are mastered in micro-management and want results instantly. There areCouple of people who are Heading the verticals though it operations, Sales, Training etc.. but they themselves dont have any bone left in their back to stand for the good ideas in front of Owners. "JO MALIK BOLEGA WOHI SUNEGAY AUR WOHI KARWAYEGAY" There Reimbursement part is too lathergic they dont care if the expenses of employees/payment of any vendor is getting delayed.No one is ready to take accountibility. Travelling - Except people from Backened they Hire people for the positions in such a way that half of the month goes in travelling every time. Overall in this organization you can't grow at all but if you dont have any opportunity in hand and are sitting Job-less then only one should Join....Read More
