They provide ample opportunities to grow, IJP cones almost every 6 months.

Dislikes

Not good with appraisals, they hold two years appraisal of employees, HR's are pathetic, no professionalism do not respond on emails frequently need to chase for everything policy gets changed frequently.

Toxic work culture,di*k sucker management, favouritism, Buttering, Politics ,Worst thing about this factory is corrupt and fraud Management,I even want to take some name from management who are just totally corrupt they don't know how to talk to employees,they need to learn some work ethics first .I can write a book about this corrupt factory and management.

Work culture is like jail. TL behave like school teachers and employees are student. TL and managers always scolding and pressurized for target. Meal is very bad taste.

There is Mike who is the COE of the company he is an idiot I don't know how he thinks every time he passes an order unlogical not understandable ex. in the second wave of covid he mailed to come to the office in meddle of crises and we didn't get 2 years appraisal.
