The company is the most toxic workplace around with no growth. Run by a group of people with no financial knowledge, the company has no plans for the future. The HR will be the sweetest mom around when hiring and then once you join, you will never talk to them again. No open door policy and people are discouraged to speak up. The company fires people day in and day out and everyone one including the top management is trying to just save their seats. Zero training and high politics leading to bad mental health of all the employees except the ones who are bosses pets. Please do your research before joining. In terms of work, the CMBS underwriting vertical is good. There’s a lot of learning in that team. Work culture is fine. They take you for off-site trips as well.

There is no work-life balance at all! Nobody cares how long you have to stretch beyond your working hours and how frequently you have to do it. On the top of it, attrition is an ongoing process here, which makes the lives of the existing employees terrible.
