The behavior of some managers is such that they want to remove people below them from the factory ubeing misled by othersand want to take their other person in his place. They do not even notice that it has been a long time since this person got associated with McNROE.

Madwadi culture that is constantly forced upon you and you are maid to realise Bengali s are worthless piece of sheet. They love doing business in Kolkata but don't appreciate the employee for all the hard work. Hence the attrition rate is very high.
