When I joined the power industry, I used to hear about MBECL so much ( always preferred by many). I decided to be a part of the company one day. So when I got the chance to be a part of it, felt like a dream coming true. Leaving an old company behind is always tiring and comes with lot of difficulties as while joining someone new you have to start fresh ( working with new clients, workers, management etc). But MBECL management helped me alot and made me hold my grounds. Now it has been 06 months of my working with MBECL, and one thing that I can say for sure is that I am grateful for this opportunity. My work life balance improved, the management is better than the most, the work culture is also good, and don't forget about the perks (amazingly good).
