I like the friendly enviroment of company,where it is about satisfying the customers, and company policies are very stricts that is plus point . All team members especialy managememt understsnd each other very well

I started my journey in mcdonalds from 2013 as a team member i started my training after one year i became crew trainer then gradualy i permoted as floor manger then in 2018 i became shift manager.then i got transfer from one city

They jst saw there profit in it. After take over by MMG group this organisation has become complete selfish (baniya) and just want to make money from anywhere.

Dislikes

Organisation become more selfish toward its profit and behaving like a desi company day by day. All employees benefit being taken away by the name of Covid. Earlier i was a proud employee of McDonald’s , but now a day I am ashamed of same..

The one thing that I loved in working McDonald's is the Training part detail to the core especially in management part , the management part of training is very effective that once you have learnt things from here you can move onto any part management field perspective And faster Career growth than any other chains

Dislikes

Salary is very low when compared to other chains , micro management and internal politics are very often and partiality is huge
