It is a political company. Nepotism is at the extreme. Working is not rewarded. Reservation quota is 75% . Male candidates are not promoted or given any responsibolity. Womens are nurtued, rewaded, and given responsibility. Over all culture is unbalanced.

Family benefits component provided for is not clarified in the offer. Once you join you will get to know, you will get that amount after you bring your family. So effectively, you will loose first 2, 3 months of this amount. Same old men who have done nothing great in the past. activities are only for men like cricket etc so nothing else like mental wellness initiatives or yoga Only cricket and too much cricket they need new HR possibly females
