It is a very good place to involve with all disciplines and multitasking work. Now Mcdermott is a benchmark of Onshore & Offshore the people who are working with Mcdermott really its a very good opportunity to built up good career in future.

Dislikes

Because of some people rolling the internal politics to engage with projects. If you're a piping person if you've a very good drafting or layout skills then you'll continue in this activity only over years. No growth this point of view. And you'll forget the modelling but at the same time you will get a very good knowledge to estimate or to to preparing MTO, pipe length & elbow major pipe routing equipment location fixing like so many things....Read More

Company having good Culture, work-life balance, Job security. Company has good cafeteria & food facility. Teammates are very cooperative. Policies are transparent.

Poor career growth & opportunities and compensation & benefits. Appraisal & salary hike need to be fair. Notice period after resignation is of 2 months.
