Good co-faculty and structured working protocols with a stipulated 9 to 5 time make it easy to work.

Dislikes

No Job Security Low pay scale irrespective of pay commission guidelines Lack of Infrastructure needs. Discipline among students is absent barely 20 percent of students are in college for attendance and yet everyone is promoted. There is too much politics to filter out teachers. Zero work security, poor management Hires only to fulfill council's requirements of minimum no of teachers. Doesn't pay well and cuts money for unnecessary excuses. Exploitation of one's time and energy.

Work Details

the only motivation for work is the students curiosity. Apart from that the assistant professor tag is very helpful. This place is best suitable to work for one or two years beyond that you would feel stagnation
