Custmer intraction good. Owner & Director is very helpfull .Mr Mayur Shahane & Mr Rajendra shahane is very good to the employees.They never see that they are employees but treet every one as family.Never dissappoint any one. There custmer relation is also very nice & still last 3 genaration relationship with the customer.

Dislikes

Senior employee is very bad behaviour to other employee speacially ladies are very extra smart though the dont have any knowledge. Senior ladies staff never help the other staff they seems to be the owner of the company . The ladies staff of the company never respect the owner or director. At the back of owner the speaks negative to owner. This was my worst experience i ever faced.

Work Details

My work was nice.I have to look after the entire product marketing sales to the counter and display all the ornaments to the cust. As per choice and budget.
