Overall company is very good. working culture are so high & also good atmosphere . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and he work happily in collaboration. I love the fact that I am a part of a team .

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
