There are no corporate cultuure the school is working like per day wages system

There are no future groth not personal life there work culture is good for teachers but not secure job and admin emplooyes work system not good

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
