That was my first job and Literally that atmosphere is awsm.. The whole member of staff and mainly Sir is very very supportive and understanding. I wish in future I will join again. All feeling is like a family. Thankyou Mayoor Sir.

Job security is very low they can hire other candidate on the basis of salary but not work experience

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
