They hire freshers. Flexible work hours.

Dislikes

Pay is less, no increments even after two years. No benefits. Work is very monotonous, no skill development whatsoever. They make you work overtime without pay, even on Sundays.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Egoistic, narcissistic supervisors. Acts like he is a gunda. Noone likes to work with him. You don't get leaves even you are sick. You don't get good pay. You are treated as a slave not an artist.
