there is nothing to like in Maya Digital Studios. increments are mostly dependent upon the mood of management. favoritism is at its peak. even if u have performed well there are seniors who let you down any way only because of the authority to give reviews about an artist. Also, their content is not helping the Indian animation industry to grow intellectually. Most all content is created to make only a profit and hence an artist who is very enthusiastic and willing to learn about whatever part he chooses didn't get any good to learn. sum-up of all its animation factory and all artist are treated as laborers....Read More
