I have serve for MAAC Mira Road for one year. The salary is target base for mira road, Malad and Sakinaka centre. If target not achieve then salary is deducted. Lots of politics. Very inhumane. Business Oriented only. If you want to experience hell please joint here.

My work was as a senior counsellor, alwayz under pressure, the work culture was like hell, 9 hrs u cnt even eat togther, sit togther or talk totgther jist work, this was just basic but overall not a gr8 place to wrok.
