It's struggling in the beginning but got good exposure about the media industry. Handled lots of responsibilities of Institute includes handling guardians in calls, sales, business development, marketing, students counselling for future Career planning.

Depends on the location, might have to learn completely unnecessary softwares. Courses and fees are fixed by the HQ and therefore makes no sense for rural Maac branches and makes most sense for rich urban branches

The salary comes on time and not delayed. It comes in advance but never late. That is the best part about maac. Also you get good environment and exposure to new things and update about industry. It is up to you how you utilise the same

There is no proper system of work and management. There is no support from the higher management even if you are giving your 100% for the company and your team mates are not liking you coz of your loyalty n hard work towards the company, the management will not support you but them. There is no appreciation or recognition for your work but only negativity for the same.
