A good company to start as a fresher. Provides food, transportation. Not recommended for experienced persons.

Dislikes

Uncertain appraisal policies, no employee engagement activities, no policy to retain experienced staff, no rewards, most importantly no domestic staff in higher management resulting in poor work culture, disputes and poor mental peace. Single person dictatorship or internal disputes between Taiwanese staff, resulting in poor plant management.

It's belong from Taiwan. The company is MNC group in the world, it's the world no.1 tyre manufacturing. This the first plantation in INDIA. it's using latest technology with plc, scada and hmi base all system. Facilities are providing transportation, food, sat.-sun. week off and so many leave on Indian fastival. Management are good.

Dislikes

It's so far from Ahmedabad city so traveling time is minimum 2hr. from same.
