They don't have any respect for employees and they don't value Indian Culture and knowledge. The racism we have faced many times, their VP's don't have even know the difference between Operators and Engineers. Overall experience is very poor and must tier quality never suggest third class quality personally faced

Taiwanese are doing racism with Indians and they don't have much knowledge of the process still they are appointed in head positions. Training skill set analysis was poor no proper process has been followed it has been only on paper as being HR I know that. traveling time is very much and work environment is not growing environment all the department doing politics for personal interest. A good company to start as a fresher. Provides food, transportation. Not recommended for experienced persons.

Dislikes

Uncertain appraisal policies, no employee engagement activities, no policy to retain experienced staff, no rewards, most importantly no domestic staff in higher management resulting in poor work culture, disputes and poor mental peace. Single person dictatorship or internal disputes between Taiwanese staff, resulting in poor plant management.
