Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The only plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,& we work happily in collaboration. but In this, there is no proper management for employees, they just use the employee's financial weakness for the work. Before the covid & during the covid also more than 10 hrs employee should work this the bad mentality of the company. after that more than 100% working also, they paid just to working employee salary 30% to 50%. very bad experience in this with career growth, appraisal, work-life balance is just worst. they told us the working daysis Monday to Friday but, after the joining, you have to work for 7 days a week....Read More
