Plus MaxSkill first being a Service provider to the larger Maxlife Insurance, MaxSkill first employees are treated in a Substandard way. Major Focus is on Output and sales. There is no clear distinction or defination of your role. You join as L&D Professional but end up doing hardcore sales. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
