1. No job security. 2.All ur dislike is different for each department. It's depends on your hod. Your view are mostly related to ur Hod. Not for company. 3.Every where your promotion are depends on your senior or reporting boss. 4.Company management build and define their policy, if u work as per policy and sop then only come here. 5.From day 1 you start your work, all training u will get within ur work. No special training or proper handover, when u taken charge. 6.your degree Or expertise or interest of work has no means... Security bed things is our employee eairtrited Avery time and troikaa owner is bed think all human are trited robots and all employee feelings not valuable for owner no canteen breakfast time no 2 and 4 forth Saturday leave so I don't like this culture

Promotion is just like attendance. I joined 7 year before as a sr executive, but still I'm sr executive. 2. Salary depend upon refern6 you have and also previous company. 3. I'm doing with same job responsibilities from day 1. 4. For senior no work responsibility.

Product are very good and innovative, all dr. Likes the product and use.

Management is not good , in institutional division the senior person like GM, AGM is everything in this Division and BE/BM/RBM even ZBM/SM also nothing. If you achieving more than 100% budget then your increment is same as non achiever. And you forget for your promotion even you are 4-5 YEAR continuous achiever.

Company's HR policy, highly imbalanced work life balance due to distance and six day working. Micromanagement and insufficient empowerment of the employees. Overhyped and irrelevant grooming, mobile and disciplinary policies even in R&D.
